於每月的第一、二個星期五中午一點到兩點，對住院醫師做有系統的感染科相關知識介紹外，並利用每日的病房迴診及平日駐診教學，傳授年輕醫師對病患病情的剖析、判斷等. 亦定期教學討論評估. 於2010年成為感染症專科醫師訓練醫院, 職培訓感染症專科醫師. 其能培養優秀的後繼人選，以嘉惠爾後的病患。且於科內進行教學及研究會議,以求不斷增進.
